Quick Notes:

  • For large-scale events expecting over 2,500 people, it is recommended that you submit your proposal as far in advance as possible. Generally, this means a three (3) to six (6) months (90 to 180 days) prior to your preferred event date(s). Proposals for other events may be considered with a lead time of at least forty-five (45) days.
  • Fully completed proposals are reviewed within one-to-two weeks after submission. We are unable to provide an estimated fee for your event without a completed proposal.
  • Estimated fees will only be given after a complete proposal is submitted and reviewed.
