Accessibility
From accessible parking to accommodative seating, Mercedes-Benz Stadium offers a host of ADA Services. We also provide wheelchair and companion seating on all levels. For more information, please visit this page.
Health and Safety
Emergency services are available on site at all times by texting (470) 444-0234. We take cleaning and disinfection to the next level. All "high touch" surfaces in stadium common areas are cleaned before, during, and after each event.
Bag Policy
For quickest entry into the stadium, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the specific criteria in order to enter the stadium
Learn more about our Fan Guidelines, detailing accessibility services and stadium policies for an informed and hassle-free visit. All fans are expected to adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct while inside the stadium and on the surrounding property.
Parking and Transportation
Plan ahead with a variety of parking options for games and events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. There are more than 20,000 parking spots available within a 20-minute walk of the stadium. Pre-purchasing your pass is highly recommended as all parking will often sell out prior to an event.
