ATLANTA(April 30, 2026) - The Home Depot Backyard todayannounced a new partnership with Silence the Shame, Inc. aimed at increasingaccess to mental health resources and fostering community wellness throughengaging, inclusive programming.

Timedto align with Mental Health Awareness Month in May, this collaborationunderscores the importance of elevating conversations around mental well-beingand providing accessible resources to the community.

Aspart of this collaboration, Silence the Shame will host a special mentalwellness program on May 4th during The Home Depot Backyard’s free weeklycommunity programming series. The activation will feature a variety ofwellness-focused experiences, including a yoga class, Zumba class, and soundbath instruction led by various industry wellness experts, alongsideinteractive discussions and access to mental health resources.

Inaddition to the May 4th event, the partnership will include recurring programsthroughout the year focused on mental health awareness, education, and holisticwellness, further deepening both organizations’ shared commitment to supportingthe community.

Thispartnership reflects a shared commitment to breaking the stigma surroundingmental health and creating safe, supportive spaces where community members canconnect, learn, and thrive.
