Grand Opening of Official Team Store at Mercedes-Benz Stadium Sunday, Aug. 27
ATLANTA – Aug. 24, 2017 – Stadium officials announce the grand opening of the Team Store at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Fans of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United will have a new place to buy their favorite player’s jerseys or kits starting Sunday, Aug. 27 at 12 p.m. The grand opening celebration will include appearances by United players, Falcons Legends, Falcons Cheerleaders, Freddie Falcon, chances to enter and win raffle prizes and games.
The 8,000 square foot store features two levels with a comprehensive selection of team merchandise, including jerseys, t-shirts, headwear, scarves and novelties as well as an extensive selection of Mercedes-Benz Stadium items.
As part of the celebration, the first 100 fans will receive $15 to use in store, Falcons Season Ticket Holders and United Founding Members will receive a 15 percent discount and all fans will receive a raffle ticket as they enter to win prizes. Fans will receive up to three extra raffle tickets if they post a picture or video with the #ATLUTD or #RISEUP hashtags on social media. The first 100 fans who purchase items at the team store will also receive a free pass for a ride on the Atlanta Streetcar.
The Team Store at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is located on the 100 concourse level and will have an additional entrance from the stadium front porch at gate 2.
The store will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. excluding event days. The store will also open three hours prior to kick on game days.
